ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING :
The club AGM is set for April 25th at the Quodos Centre, The Castle School, Taunton @7pm. At least two posts which will need to be filled this year. Firstly the Chairperson and also the Secretary.
Please can as many senior athlete and parent members as possible show you support to the club by attending this short meeting. All committee posts are up for re-election and if you would like to stand for a post please contact Helen Stephenson on 07866 552797. Helen herself will be standing down as Chairperson this year having carried out the role for the last three years and the club would like to thank Helen for her commitment to the club over that period.

A HUGE thank you to all of you who helped with staging this extremely successful event on our home turf, be it helping erect and dismantle marquees and equipment, lay out the course, marshalls, and numerous other tasks, and not least and those who served customers at our own TAC refreshment tent ...and baked the fantastic cakes and goodies sold on the day ...helping us urn near £1500 for club funds. Thank you !
Outstanding membership renewals
Thank you to those of you who have renewed you membership and we hope you have a successful and enjoyable year with us. One or two of you are still outstanding with your fees. Please could you settle up as soon as possible.
Membership is now overdue as of 31st March was the deadline. Failure to renew soon may mean you have to rejoin at the higher rate.
VOLUNTEERS
Thank you to Sean Walton who has agreed to take on the role of Volunteer Coordinator. And thank you to the many people who returned the code of commitment form with their membership renewals. We are hugely dependent on our volunteers and thank you for your continued support.
